Short version
The guide ($19, or $9 for monthly members; free with an annual membership) is a digital download with a 14-day refund if you haven’t downloaded it yet; once it has been downloaded, the sale is final except where the law requires otherwise. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel; cancel any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. We do not refund partial months or partial years unless the law requires it.
Digital guide
The guide is delivered as a download and by email right after payment. 14-day refund: if you haven’t downloaded the PDF yet, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase (use the refund link in your receipt email, or email tyreeg@linkeddllc.com). Once the guide has been downloaded, the sale is final except where the law requires otherwise. If your payment went through but the guide never arrived, the file is damaged, or you were charged twice, email tyreeg@linkeddllc.com and we will re-send the guide or refund the duplicate or undelivered charge.
Membership
Monthly ($9/month) and annual ($79/year, or the $59/year founding annual price for founding members) memberships renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. You confirm these renewal terms before checkout, and we email you a copy with a cancel link. To cancel, sign in and choose Manage or cancel membership on the membership page (Stripe's secure billing portal), use the cancel link in your welcome email, or email tyreeg@linkeddllc.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; access continues until then. We do not refund partially used months or years, except where applicable law requires a refund. We email members at least 30 days before any price change applies to them.
How to ask
Email tyreeg@linkeddllc.com or call (406) 389-8067 with the email address used at checkout and what you purchased. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. You can also read the Terms of Service.
